Apostille Services

Apostilles are issued for documents for use in countries that are members of The Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents (1961), or more commonly known as the Hague Apostille Convention. Certificates of Authority are issued for documents for use in countries that are not members of the Hague Apostille Convention. The fee and information required for both Apostilles and Certificates are the same.
Since not all countries are members of the Hague Convention, it is important that you list the country where your documents are to be used. We will match the country with the appropriate authentication method, according to the latest information from The Hague.

An apostille agent is a person or business that assists customers in obtaining apostilles for documents that will be used in a foreign country. Apostille agents do not issue apostilles themselves, but I can help customers with the following tasks:

Verify that the document is eligible for an apostille:

As an Apostille agent, I can help you determine if your document is eligible for an apostille by checking the list of documents that are accepted by the foreign country where the document will be used.

Signature

Prepare the document for apostille:

I can help you prepare the document for apostille by ensuring that the document is in the correct format and that all required information is included.

At work

Submitting the document for apostille:

I can submit the document to the appropriate government agency for apostille and return the document to you once it has been apostilled.
